A reliable oil droplets size analyzer with the ability to measure the total concentration of the emulsified oil in water (as opposed to free oil and water soluble organics), is also very much needed.

A unique structured “dark” laser beam, interacting with the particles. The technology of the company is based on IPSA® which stands for Individual Particle Sensing Approach. It enables automatic, continuous, on-line monitoring of particle sizes (including Nano-particles) and concentrations, in liquids and in air or vacuum.
The system can differentiates between particle categories such as clay, silica, oil droplets and more, according to their optical signatures, by employing machine learning tools on the laser-particle interaction signal. The system is compact; offers high sensitivity and resolution in a wide particle size and concentration range.
