Dr. Meir Teichner –
CEO
|
|
|
Meir holds more than 15 years of experience in
management of high-tech companies, and bringing start-up
ventures from the stage of idea to the market. Meir
served a period of 10 years as a CEO of two
technological incubators, namely the technological
incubator of Ariel, and the technological incubator of
the Jordan Valley. Before that he held, for 10 years, a
senior position at Israel Chemical Ltd. Group where he
had acquired a vast international business experience.
He received his D.Sc. In Molecular Pharmacology from the
School of Medicine, the Technion - Israel Institute of
Technology, Haifa, Israel, following studies at la
Faculté De Sciences Pharmaceutiques, Université De
Genève, Genève, Switzerland and the Hebrew University of
Jerusalem. Meir holds also a degree of business
administration, and currently lectures Molecular
Pharmacology to medical students at the faculty of
Medicine, the Technion - Israel Institute of Technology.

Dr. Nir Karasikov – Founder

|
Acquired his Ph.D. in solid-state physics from the Technion – the Israel Institute of Technology, Haifa. For 25 years, Dr. Karasikov headed military and industrial R&D groups. His industrial activities include leading developments of new, pioneering products in Electro-Optics, Infrared, Life Science, Micro-electronics Inspection, and Precision Motion. Dr. Karasikov has experience in managing high tech companies and as a managing director; he initiated strategic partnerships, created a marketing infrastructure and founded spin-off companies.

Professor Joseph Shamir – Founder and Chief Scientist
|
|
|
Since 1969 he is with the Department of Electrical Engineering of the Technion. His research interests are in theoretical and experimental electro-optics with focus on the fields of electro-optical measuring and signal processing paradigms, holography, diffractive optics and adaptive optics. His work is summarized in over 450 publications and a textbook in optics. Professor Shamir received the 1996 Denis Gabor award and obtained the 1997 Henry Taub Excellence in Research Award.
